Return & Exchange Policy

Our Return & Exchange Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 Days Have Gone By Since The Delivery Of Your Purchase, We Can't Offer You A Refund Or Exchange. Before shipping back, please email us firstly for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. We have all the rights to refuse the package if you send it back without our permission.

When You Receive The Order. If The Item Is Incorrect or Damaged, Please Email Your Order Number to Our Aftersale Service at service@hi-tie.com, We Will Assist You Further.

Note:
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. Customized Items can not be returned or exchanged.
2. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package was shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Also, Pls do not refuse packages even if you don't want the item anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package was refused without contacting our customer service.
3. Return & Exchange Shipping fees
If the return is caused by the customer, customer should bear the returned shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If the items you received are damaged or incorrect, due to our reasons, the Hi-Tie seller bear the shipping fee for return or exchange.
4. Refund Time: Please provide valid tracking number you returned, we will refund  within 24 hours once we received returned package.

Refund will be directly issued to your original payment account. Paypal Payment customers can receive refund within 24 hours. Credit Card Payment customers can receive refund within 48-72 hours.
